The Del Mar Room
Dear Bride & Groom,

     Thank you for your interest in the Del Mar Room in Belmont Shore, California.

We are located on the beach with wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean, Catalina Island, Seal Beach coast and the City lights at night.

     Our beautiful room will accommodate up to 225 guests for a wedding reception. We also offer romantic wedding ceremonies on the beach. Our ceremony package includes the following:

1.     Wedding Nantucket Gazebo with silk organza.

2.     Chairs to match the gazebo set up on the beach in a radius pattern.

3.     Beach runner for the bride and her wedding party.

4.     Room for the bride and her girls to ready themselves for the special event.

5.     Groom's room.

6.     Wedding planner for the day including the Rehearsal for the ceremony.

7.     Beach set-up & break down.

100 or less $1000

100-125 - $1200

125-150 - $1500

150-200 - $2000

200-225 - $2500

225-250 - $2000

We offer 4 wedding reception packages and those can be viewed on our web site www.LapalapaRestaurant.com. If you go to banquets and then go to the picture frame, you will see the packages we offer our brides.

We do offer Friday and Sunday discounts throughout the year and special pricing for winter wedding receptions, call for special pricing, 562-433-5702.

Packages that offer 1 hour hosted bars are not reduced.

We have 2 professional wedding planners that will guide you through the entire wedding planning processes and this service comes with all packages. Our wedding planners create a Word Doc for the Brides, which includes the menu plan, time line, décor program, beverage program, seating plan for assigned seating and any additional requirements for the Bride & Groom.

We also provide our couples with a rehearsal prior to the wedding ceremony if one wishes to be married on the beach.

We do only one wedding reception per day so our Brides do not have to worry about another group in the room on her special day.

We offer a ¾ plated buffet type dinner. The salads are plated the buffet is hand served by our service staff and the cake is plated. The wedding professional does release tables 4 at a time so there is not a line of people at the buffet.

We also have a list of tried and true vendors that are well priced and are the finest we have found and whose service and products are the best.
